Research transparency

Research is a traceable evolution of questions, hypotheses, methods, evidence, failures and revisions. This platform supports unrelated research programs alongside Momen Suleman's professional work.

Evidence and maturity

Idea / Proposal / Hypothesis
A possibility or testable proposition, not established knowledge.
Experimental / Preliminary
Testing is underway or initial evidence exists with unresolved limitations.
Replicated
An author records replication evidence. Check the protocol, artifacts and independent verification.
Supported
Evidence supports a statement within its documented scope. This does not mean universal truth.
Mixed / Contested / Rejected
Evidence is conflicting, challenged or fails to support the proposition.
Deprecated
The author no longer recommends the construct for current use.

Labels are author-entered assessments. They are not automated scientific validation. Observations, interpretations, claims and hypotheses are recorded separately.

Corrections and retractions

Published changes require an explicit save and reason. Version snapshots remain in the administration system. Substantive corrections, supersession and retraction use dated public notices while keeping the record available. Public history shows only metadata from published snapshots.

Sources and authorship

Sources are reusable records linked through citations. Contributor roles and author order must reflect actual contributions. Publication type and peer review status must describe real evidence; a preprint is not peer reviewed merely because it appears here.

AI assistance

Material AI assistance should identify tools, purpose, human verification and limitations in each research record. AI output is not treated as authoritative evidence.

Reproducibility and uncertainty

Report code versions, data provenance, environment, seeds, execution instructions, uncertainty, negative evidence and limitations where relevant. Reproducibility labels are assertions supported by the record; this site does not execute independent replications automatically.
